Rafayel Grigoryan is an experienced Delivery Manager and technology leader specializing in InsurTech, financial services, and complex digital platform delivery. He holds a Master’s in Computer Science & Business Technology from IE Business School in Madrid (recipient of the IE Scholarship for Technology & Innovation) and a Bachelor’s in Actuarial and Financial Mathematics from Yerevan State University.
Over his career, Rafayel has owned and led the end-to-end delivery of insurance technology solutions for international and US-based clients at Grid Dynamics, managing cross-functional distributed engineering, QA, and business analysis teams across complex delivery environments.
His extensive track record includes leading end-to-end implementations of corporate insurance platforms (SmartHI at LIGA Insurance), ERP systems in Spain (Steel Performance LLC), banking digitalization projects ("Digi Bank" at VTB Bank Armenia), and information security compliance (ISO 27001 implementation).
